What is eyebrow embroidery?

Eyebrow embroidery is a semi-permanent cosmetic procedure where pigments are gently deposited into the skin to create natural-looking eyebrows. It uses a machine or manual tool to replicate individual eyebrow hairs, resulting in a soft, realistic appearance.

Is it painful?

Pain tolerance varies for different people. But 90% of our customers find it tolerable. It's best to avoid scheduling appointments during your menstrual period due to heightened pain Sensitivity.

How long does an eyebrow embroidery session take?

New embroidery takes 2.5 hours, including design, consultation, numbing process, and embroidery process itself. Touch-up usually takes 1.5 to 2 hours.

Is a touch-up necessary?

It depends. We recommend doing a touch-up for any adjustment needed to fill in uneven colors or imbalanced shapes after the first session.

Who cannot do eyebrow embroidery?

Diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, skin disease, pregnancy (need doctor's approval). Keloid or HIV.

Is it necessary to remove my previous color before proceeding with a new embroidery?

Please share a close-up photo of your eyebrows so we can determine whether to proceed with new embroidery or whether laser removal is needed.

Can I choose the shape that I prefer?

Yes, we are happy to hear your preference and advise you accordingly. Please prepare a few photos/selfies you prefer so we can better understand your choice and achieve your desired result.

Is eyebrow embroidery safe?

Yes, eyebrow embroidery is safe as we use disposable sets for each customer. Our pigments are FDA-approved. If you are concerned about being sensitive to the materials, you are welcome to arrange a patch test with us.

Can I keep my own brow hair?

Yes, eyebrow embroidery works with your natural brow hair. We design the shape and color to complement and enhance your existing brows, creating a fuller, more defined look. Only the hair that is out of shape will be shaved.

How much is the subsequent touch-up?

It is half the price of the original price if arranged within one and a half years from the last embroidery with us.

Can I only do a touch-up if I have my eyebrows done elsewhere?

Sorry, we do not provide solely retouch-up service if previously not done with us. As each specialist uses different techniques, tools, and colour pigment, we can’t just cover up, and the result will also be affected.

So, we will do new embroidery with one free touch-up, redesigning and readjusting the colour leftover from the previous design for the best result.

What is the aftercare of eyebrow embroidery?

• Avoid water for the first 3 hours after the embroidery
• Avoid cleanser/ makeup removal or any skin care products on the brow area.
• Avoid saunas, swimming, excessive sweating, and facials until your eyebrow fully peels off.
• To maintain the best outcome, you must consistently shave your eyebrow according to the shape.

After deciding on your appointment date, you are required to pay a deposit to secure the appointment.

Do you have different levels of specialists to choose from?

No, our specialists are extensively trained and have worked in this industry for at least two years.

Before booking an appointment, you can check our portfolio for different specialist artwork and healing results.

Can I book two people for services at the same time?

Surely you can. Provide us with your preferred date and time, and we will check slot availability to see if it fits your schedule.

Is any deposit needed before the appointment? Is the deposit refundable?

Once you confirm the date and time requested, we will collect a deposit of RM100 to secure the time slot. The deposit is non-refundable. Please read the details in our booking policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept only e-wallet payments or online transfers for deposit collection.

Balance payment can paid in cash/credit card/ online transfer / E-wallet payment mode.

Is my appointment valid if I select the date and time in the system but no deposit is paid?

You must pay the deposit within 24 hours after selecting an appointment, or we will release the slot.

How to join as a member?

Do you provide eyebrow shaping/ trimming?

Yes, it’s RM 15 per session.
