Booking Policy
Non-Refundable Deposit
- A RM 100 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards your total service cost.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
- The deposit is transferrable but must be used within 3 months. It will be forfeited if not used, and a new deposit is required for the next appointment.
Lateness Policy:
- Punctuality is crucial to ensure we can provide the best service to all our clients.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other clients.
- In case of rescheduling due to lateness, one (1) booked service or deposit will be forfeited or and will not be transferred to the new appointment.
Rescheduling Policy:
- You are allowed to reschedule once in case of emergency.
- Rescheduling more than once will mean you will be charged full payment for your next appointment.
- If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance or one (1) booked service or deposit will be forfeited
