6D uses a handheld blade to cut individual strokes into the skin, one at a time, in the direction your own hairs grow. The finish is fluffy and hair-like rather than filled in.
It holds best on dry to normal skin. Oily skin pushes pigment out of the fine cuts, so strokes blur and fade sooner. Because the strokes are so fine, 6D fades faster than our shaded and machine techniques, and most clients come back for a touch-up every 9 to 12 months.
If your brows were done by another artist and you want the shape or colour corrected, send us a close-up photo and we will check whether you can proceed.

Best on dry to normal skin
dry skinDry skin holds the fine cuts cleanly, which is where 6D gives its sharpest strokes and its longest wear. Pigment retention is noticeably better than on oily skin.
The lightest of the six

What makes 6D Eyebrow Embroidery different?
It is a manual, bladed technique. Fine strokes are cut one at a time and follow the direction your own hairs grow, which gives a soft, fluffy, hyper-realistic brow rather than a filled-in one.
How long does 6D Eyebrow last?
6D lasts 1 to 1.5 years, depending on skin type, lifestyle and aftercare. It fades sooner than our shaded and machine techniques because the strokes are so fine, so we recommend a touch-up every 9 to 12 months to keep the colour and the strokes crisp.
Does it hurt?
Most clients find it tolerable thanks to the numbing cream. If you have a lower pain tolerance, we recommend avoiding your menstrual period when booking, as skin is more sensitive then.
How long does the session take?
First session: 2 hours, covering consultation, design, numbing and the embroidery itself.
Touch-up: 1.5 hours.
What is the healing process like? Will there be downtime?
Days 1 to 3: brows appear darker than the final result.
Days 4 to 10: scabs form and peel off naturally. Do not pick at them. 6D scabs more than the shaded services because the skin is cut.
Day 10 onwards: the colour softens and settles.
Your free touch-up can be booked from 4 to 6 weeks after the first session, once the brows have fully healed.
Who is NOT suitable for 6D Eyebrow?
Oily or sensitive skin. Strokes blur and fade faster on oily skin. Nano Brows gives the same hair-stroke look with a machine and holds on all skin types.
Dark or solid tattooed brows. Send us a clear photo for assessment before booking.
What colour options are available?
We customise a shade that complements your natural brows, typically in dark brown, grey-brown or grey. The shade is confirmed with you during the consultation.
Will my brows turn blue or green over time?
No. The pigment lightens gradually rather than shifting colour. As the strokes become less visible, a touch-up refreshes them.
Will 6D Eyebrow Embroidery damage my natural brows?
No. The technique works between and alongside your existing hairs. It does not affect how your natural brows grow.
Can I combine 6D with other services?
Yes. Combo Eyebrow puts 6D microblading and soft shading together for a fuller, more defined result at RM 1,000.
Which should I choose: Signature, 6D, Combo, Nano or Nano Combo Brows?
- Hair strokes that still look a little empty → Nano Combo Brows.
- Strokes and shading, on normal to dry skin → Combo Eyebrow.
- Ultra-natural, hair-like strokes on any skin type → Nano Brows.
- Dry skin and feathery brows → 6D Eyebrow.
- A soft, powdery effect → Signature Eyebrow.
How much does 6D Eyebrow Embroidery cost in Malaysia?
RM 800 for a first session, which includes one free touch-up within 3 months.
Touch-ups after that are RM 400, valid within 18 months of your last session, as long as the shape and colour are still visible. If your brows have faded more than about 80%, or the shape is gone, the session is charged as a new set at RM 800.
