If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date www.bowbowbrow.com.my shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier services.
To track your order, please use the tracking ID sent to you in the confirmation email or mobile message of your items have been shipped out. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product.

Standard delivery for Pre-order
Delivery for pre-order items will be dispatched in 5-7 days after www.bowbowbrow.com.my receive the products. If items were out of stock from the manufacturer and users do not wish to wait for the products, www.bowbowbrow.com.my will fully refund in CASH TERM.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
· Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
· Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
