#1 How does it work?

Step 8: You will receive the flowers on the following week, enjoy them!

#2 What will I receive?

Your first delivery will come with a complimentary vase. The arrangements will be beautifully gift-wrapped in paper and come in a water bag to ensure contents hydration during delivery

#3 Why should I subscribe the plan?

Selection of Seasonal Blossoms

  • Every bouquet will consist of handpicked seasonal blossoms, giving you surprise every week.

Minimalist Packaging

  • Paired with our Korean-imported wrapping paper, you can easily create insta-worthy flower photos.

Simple & Easy Floral Arrangement

  • All the flowers will be carefully treated, arranged before delivery. All you need to do is arrange them into the vase provided.

Exclusive Glass Vase

  • The vase is also handpicked by our florist, suitable for any occasions & set up.

#4 What if the flower I receive is not in good condition?

We will be doing quality check every time before the delivery. If there is any problem after receiving, kindly send us a photo of flower on the day of receiving. We will arrange to resend a new arrangement as soon as possible. However, after the inspection if the condition is considered as natural flower condition, we will not replace a new arrangement. 

#5 Can I cancel the subscription plan?

We understand that unexpected circumstances does happen sometimes. Unfortunately the subscription plan is not allowed to cancel. However, you may transfer the plan to your friend or family. Kindly inform us 3 days in advance (before Sunday 23:59) for changes of recipient details.

#6 Can I skip a delivery?

Sure, drop us a message with minimum 3 days notice (before Sunday 23:59). 

#7 Can I choose specific flower of my choice?

Selection of flowers will be done by our florists, based on the seasonal blooms.  

#8 How long can the flower lasts?

An average of 5 – 7 days. Trim the stems and change the water everyday to have your flowers live longer. Flower care will be provided together with the arrangement.


#1 What is the delivery charges?

It will be FREE of charge for 1 month subscription plan with selected area within Klang Valley. RM 20 flat rate will be charged for 1 time subscription plan.

#2 Can I change the delivery address?

Yes, please inform us 3 days in advance (before Sunday 23:59) for changes of address. 

#3 Can I choose specific day of delivery other than the day provided?

The flowers will only be delivered on the 2 days provided for quality control purpose. (every Wednesday & Thursday) 

#4 When will I receive the flower?

You will be receiving the arrangement on the day of choice (Wednesday or Thursday). Submit your order before Sunday 23:59 to receive the arrangement on the following week.

#5 What delivery service will you use?

We will be using Lalamove or Grab.

#6 What if the recipient is not at home?

If there is no one at home to receive the flower, we will either leave the flower at the guard house or with your neighbour, please notify the rider when you receive his/her call. Please note that if the recipient is unreachable in 10 mins, the arrangement will be re-delivered back to our studio and a re-delivery fee of RM 18 will be charged to the sender.

You will be charged during your checkout.
